At Interactive we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on interactive.pe and how we use it, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.

What data we collect

• Data you send us through the contact form: name, email or WhatsApp number, and the message you write.
• Browsing data: pages visited, time on each page, referring site, device type and approximate location (country and city). We use an anonymous identifier stored in your browser; we do not use third-party advertising cookies.

What we use it for

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only processed by providers that help us run the site (hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

Contact data is kept for as long as there is a business relationship or until you request its deletion. Browsing data is kept for a maximum of 24 months.
