A platform for a company that maintains pumping systems and equipment in buildings: automatic schedules, service orders, inspections, photo evidence, reports and a QR code on every piece of equipment with its full history. AI reads the technical PDF reports and builds the log by itself.

The challenge
The company needed to centralize the maintenance of all its clients’ systems: schedule visits, record each technician’s field work with evidence and give every client direct access to their equipment history.
What we built
Automatic schedules
Monthly and yearly maintenance calculated by system and client, with the next date always in view.
Service orders
Assignment to technicians, statuses, priority and notes. Technicians start and close them from the app.
Checklist inspections
Monthly and general inspections with questionnaires configurable by system type.
Mandatory evidence
Photos from the camera or gallery; an order can’t be closed without at least one piece of evidence.
QR per piece of equipment
Every pump or unit has a QR code. Clients scan it with their phone and see the full log: maintenance, readings, photos and reports.
AI document manager
Upload the technical report as a PDF and AI extracts equipment, readings and observations to record the log without typing.
Client portal and app
Clients see their systems, schedules, orders, reports and certificates on the web or in the app.
Reports, certificates and quotes
PDF documents, quotes and dashboards (general and per technician), with an activity log per user.
